Cuca Fresca Caipirinha (served in a 10 oz. rocks glass)
2.5 oz. Cuca Fresca Premium Cachaça
1 lime, cut into 8 pieces
2 Tbsp. superfine sugar
Place the quartered lime in a small shaker and add sugar. Muddle lime and sugar together in the bottom of the shaker. Fill the shaker to the top with ice. Fill with cachaça and shake. Garnish with a lime slice and piece of fresh sugarcane.

Miami Iced Tea (served in a highball glass)
3 oz. Cuca Fresca Premium Cachaça
2 oz. sour mix
2 oz. Coca-cola
1 oz. orange juice
Pour all of the ingredients into a tall, ice-filled mixing glass. Cover and shake well. Pour, without straining, into a highball glass. Garnish with a lemon slice and straw.

Tanga (served in a martini glass)
1.5 oz. Cuca Fresca Premium Cachaça
1 oz. Cointreau
1 oz. Cranberry Juice
.5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
Splash of simple syrup
Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice, shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass, garnish with a fresh lime slice.

Brazilian Mojito (highball glass)
2 oz. Cuca Fresca Premium Cachaça
1 lime, quartered
2 teaspoons superfine sugar
3 fresh mint sprigs
Club soda, to top
Place lime, mint sprigs, and sugar in a highball glass and muddle together in the bottom of the glass. Add crushed ice and Cuca Fresca Cachaca. Fill the rest of the glass with club soda and stir. Garnish with lime slice and piece of fresh sugarcane.

Rio Night
1.5 oz. Cuca Fresca Premium Cachaça
¾ oz. Cointreau
½ oz. Fresh Sour Mix
Two Slices of Fresh Orange
Splash Orange Juice
Splash Cranberry Juice
Carambola to garnish
Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice,
shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass, garnish with a carambola slice.

½ oz. Blue Curacao
½ oz. Pineapple Juice
½ oz. Simple Syrup
Splash Fresh Sour Mix
Lemon Twist to garnish
Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice, shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Brazilian Rose
2 oz. Cuca Fresca Premium Cachaça
½ oz. fresh lime juice
½ oz. simple syrup
2 oz. Pear Nectar
Splash of cranberry juice
Combine all of the ingredients in an ice-filled shaker and shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lime slice..
Rio Sunset (10 oz. rocks glass)
2 oz. Cuca Fresca Premium Cachaça
½ oz. fresh lime juice
½ oz. simple syrup
1 oz. Merlot or Pinot Noir (or similar red wine)
Combine the Cuca Fresca Cachaca, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup in an ice-filled shaker and shake well. Pour into a 10 oz rocks glass and top with a red wine float. Garnish with a lemon slice.
Cuca Lada (Piña Colada glass)
2 oz. Cuca Fresca Premium Cachaca
1 oz. banana liqueur
1 tsp. cream of coconut
1 ½ oz. pineapple juice
Splash of cranberry juice for color
Combine all of the ingredients in an ice-filled shaker and shake well. Pour without straining into a tall Piña Colada glass. Garnish with a slice of Orange and a cherry.
Ipanema Breeze (highball glass)
4 oz. cranberry juice
2 oz. Cuca Fresca Premium Cachaça
2 oz. pineapple juice
Fill a highball glass with ice and add cranberry juice. In a chilled cocktail shaker with ice, shake the cachaça and pineapple juice. Strain and pour over the cranberry juice. Garnish with lime slice.
Carnaval Brazil
2 ½ oz. Cuca Fresca Premium Cachaça
½ oz. simple syrup
2 oz. mango nectar
1 oz. fresh orange juice
Pour all Ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and blended. Serve in a chilled glass.
Cuca Cola (highball glass)
2 oz. Cuca Fresca Premium Cachaça
Cola
Fresh lime juice, to taste
Pour cachaca into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with cola and add fresh lime juice to taste. Garnish with a lime slice.
